New premises Kroes, Kralingerhoek
A new office with industrial hall for the construction company Kroes, designed to fit in the plan for the Kralingerhoek. In this zoning plan, the offices are placed in the green ribbon along the Westgaag and the area behind it is free for industrial activities. Heavy traffic is accessed via the Burgerweg road. The office is approached from the Westgaag via a long tree-lined driveway. The industrial hall is adjacent to “Kroesplein” square at the rear, where the production activities can also be clearly seen from the canteen.
