In the open countryside of Maasland a local industrial area is being develloped. On invitation of the V.E.K. consultancy group, a general design was made, in which the architectural expression was defined. Urban, but especially architectural coherence are required to realize certain quality standards. The restrictions that are in this way posed to the architecture are essential for the overall expression. Besides that the design has sufficient freedom for the different companies to profile themselves within the framework. The unity in the different buildings is guaranteed by the use of aluminum or galvanized steel roofing and galvanized constructions, there where they are visible.
