The two largest appartment buildings in Maassluis have been given new entrances.  Fitting within the theme of these Component-appartments, a green awning has been designed that folds out from inside the foyer to the exterior.  The stairwell has been enlarged and made visible over two storeys.  The orange glass gives sunny lighting to the stairwell during the day, and in the evening, a festive delineation to the entrance. This colour has been brought through in the new lifts, and also recently in the end façades and fascia, through which the appartments are slowly transformed into a distinctive single entity.
